WordPress Installation

To install WordPress, check if your Server Administration Area (for instance, CPanel) has a tool to install it with just some clicks. Otherwise, go to WordPress Official WebSite and install it manually.

For issues related to the WordPress installation, consult the official guides or dedicated blogs.

WordPress Plugin Installation

Once WordPress is correctly installed, the plugins installation should work without issues. This means that you should be able to install the UniREST Server web application through the default installation procedure.

Because the UniREST Server WordPress Plugin has to be manually uploaded, check if your Server has some kind of limitation about the file size you can upload. You Server has to be able to upload files of around 8Mb in size.

UniREST Server Plugin

Even if the UniREST Server Plugin has been developed with the necessary precautions in order to not create problems to your WordPress installation, an unexpected malfunction could make your WordPress not working properly.

The major problem that could happen is a corruption of the .php files inside the UNIREST folder under your WordPress folder installation. In this case, open those files and try to manually resolve the problem (if you have some PHP language skill) or manually uninstall the plugin.
